The Shakespeare Institute Players have been around in different guises since 1951!  As this site has been set up to house the archives of the Players, it will always be a work in progress.

News:

• The Summer Term Play explores the sinister and oppressive environment of Macbeth by William Shakespeare.  The production will be directed by alumna Kelley Costigan (Artistic Director of Blood & Thunder Theatre Company), assisted by Nisha Ravindranathan and based on a concept by Producer Yu Umemiya.  Dates: Thursday, 8th - Saturday, 10th July at 8pm in the Lecture Hall of Mason Croft (home of The Shakespeare Institute).  Ticket £6 (£5 concessions).  To reserve tickets, or if you'd like further information about the play, email us at tickets@shakespeareinstituteplayers.co.uk or info@shakespeareinstituteplayers.co.uk
